• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• No refunds for partial periods
• Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance
• Additional voice minutes available at $0.50 per minute

5. User Content

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you create and share on Kimchi AI. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content solely for providing and improving the Service.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Impersonates others
• Promotes dangerous activities

6. AI Companions and Interactions

AI companions are designed to provide support and encouragement but:

• Are not substitutes for professional medical or psychological advice
• Should not be relied upon for critical decisions
• May occasionally provide inaccurate information
